One of the platform’s leading advertisers, Apple, has already resumed advertising.

Musk had previously, in a series of tweets, accused Apple of blocking Twitter advertising, going so far as to threaten to remove the Twitter app from Apple’s App Store.

After, the CEOs of both companies Tech giant Apple and social media giant Twitter met and resolved the confusion and announced that there was a misunderstanding between both companies.

There has been no official statement released by Twitter, Apple, or Amazon as of yet on the ongoing updates.

It is pertinent to mention here that since billionaire dollar CEO Musk’s takeover, Twitter’s ad revenue dropped precipitously, resulting in mass layoffs as it struggles to maintain profits.

“In an effort to place Twitter on a healthy path, we will go through the difficult process of reducing our global workforce on Friday,” said the email sent to the company’s employees.

These layoffs come as Musk, who now has to also handle being the head of Twitter, has been speculated to cut as much as 50% of the workforce just days after his company paid $44 billion for it.
