A tragic accident rocked the village of Chaiky in Ukraine when a grenade exploded in the home of Major Hennadii Chastiakov. Ukrainian Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko reported, based on initial investigation results, that Chastiakov wanted to show a box of new Western grenades to his family on the day of his birthday. While he was presenting the ammunition to his son, he was handling the ring of a grenade. The major then intervened and pulled the ring himself, which ultimately led to the explosion. This information was published by Klymenko on Telegram.
