Cathy Hummels plays a fraudster on the dream ship. In the BUNTE.de interview, however, she condemns such behavior and reports on her love life since her divorce from footballer Mats.
On Sunday (November 26th) the “Dream ship ” back at sea. On board – how could it be otherwise – Captain Max Parger ( Florian Silbereisen , 42), who finds a basket with a crying baby on his trip to Namibia. Is it his own? This can only be rumored so far.
Also a presenter and entrepreneur Cathy Hummels (35) will be seen in the cult series. She embodies Juliane, who is actually with her much older boyfriend Robert (Florian Fitz , 55) would like to go on vacation. At least that’s what he believes. BUNTE.de spoke to Hummels about her “dream ship” role and elicited one or two details from her own love life.
After her failed marriage to a footballer Mats Hummels (34), Cathy is ready to fall in love again. And how is her dating life going?
Cathy Hummels doesn’t have a new man yet, “but I’m still dating”
“There is no new man at my side yet, but I continue to date, have conversations and let everything come to me,” says Hummels. “I’m in no rush. I’m very happy with the way my life is going right now: I really enjoy working and have a wonderful son. Besides, I don’t think there’s any point in forcing certain things.”
She also reveals what things don’t work for her in a relationship. “If you don’t support or respect the other person or don’t give them freedom,” she explains to BUNTE.de. “I’m an Aquarius and therefore very, very loyal. But I’m also very ‘special’ and have to be able to do my own thing because otherwise I’m always swimming against the current.” However, an extreme age difference is not a no-go for them. “Where love falls. I think at the end of the day it’s just important that it fits.”
Hummels plays dream ship con artist
In the interview it quickly becomes clear that Juliane and Cathy couldn’t be more opposite. “I have almost nothing in common with my role as Juliane – except that we both like to dress beautifully and treat ourselves to a spa stay every now and then. But cheating or taking a two-track approach like Juliane does… no, I could never do that do. That doesn’t work for me at all.” Hummels also makes it clear: “I also expect my partner to say that this is a no-go for him. I always ask myself how women or men can do that, because the relationship is based on a lie. I think so It’s crazy, but it was all the more interesting to play someone like that.”
