Jude Bellingham’s move to Real Madrid is set. Borussia Dortmund confirmed that the Englishman is about to be transferred to Spain. BVB will collect a fixed sum of 103 million euros for Bellingham. To this end, variable transfer compensation was agreed.
Now it’s almost fixed: Jude Bellingham and BVB are going their separate ways. The Englishman is set to leave Dortmund for Real Madrid this summer. Borussia confirmed that Bellingham is close to a transfer to Madrid.

BVB will receive fixed transfer compensation of 103 million euros for Bellingham. In addition, the payment of variable transfer fees up to a maximum total of around 30 percent of the amount of the fixed transfer fee was agreed. Thus, BVB can come to a total of almost 134 million euros as part of the Bellingham transfer. The contractual details still have to be agreed and documented.
Bellingham joined from Birmingham City in July 2020 aged 17 for a fee of €25m. In Dortmund, the central midfielder quickly became a crowd favorite and was regarded as the next Borussia captain. He played a total of 132 competitive games for BVB, scoring 24 goals and playing 25 more.
With BVB he won the DFB Cup in 2021. He came second in the 2021 and 2022 Golden Boy awards. In the past season it was honored as the Bundesliga player of the season.
