National player Karim Jallow faces a long suspension
If Jallow violations are proven, the winger faces a two-year ban, which can be reduced to one year depending on the degree of fault. Athletes who belong to the national testing pool must indicate in advance where they can be found for one hour per day for a test.
Surprisingly, Ulm became German champions for the first time last season. On the way to the title, the underdog won his playoff series against favorites Alba Berlin, Bayern Munich and Telekom Baskets Bonn. Jallow played his part with strong performances.
