According to a Sky report, Lucas Hernandez has informed the Bayern bosses that he wants to leave the club in the summer. Benjamin Pavard could also appear for a new club soon. But with Pau Torres and Min-jae Kim there are already two sequels on the wish list.
After Konrad Laimer and Raphael Guerreiro (not yet officially confirmed), Min-jae Kim could become FC Bayern’s third summer signing. According to reports, talks with the 26-year-old are on the home stretch and Munich are about to reach an agreement. Due to an exit clause of 50-60 million euros, the deal would already be fixed after an agreement with the player side.
As Sky reports, it is very possible that Bayern will not only sign Min-jae Kim, but also Pau Torres from Villarreal. According to the TV station, those responsible in Munich appreciate the Spaniard very much. Above all, the fact that he is left-footed makes him so interesting for FCB and Thomas Tuchel.
FC Bayern: Everything depends on Hernandez and Pavard
Torres has not just been an issue at Bayern since this summer, but has been repeatedly discussed internally as a possible candidate in recent years. The Spain international still has a contract with Villarreal until 2024. Rumor has it that he, like Kim, has a €50m release clause. However, due to the short contract period, Sky expects that Bayern could get the central defender much cheaper.
But one thing is clear: it will be crucial for both Kim and Torres if and how things continue with Hernandez and Pavard at Bayern. The two French want to leave the club early in the summer. So far, Munich have not received any offers.
