Missed penalty: HSV also makes a mistake against third promoted team Wehen Wiesbaden

Hamburger SV has at least briefly taken over the lead in the 2nd Bundesliga. A 1:1 (0:0) draw at SV Wehen Wiesbaden was enough for the Hanseatic League. After the defeats in Elversberg and Osnabrück, it was the third game in a row against a promoted team that Hamburg could not win. HSV professional Miro Muheim only managed to equalize in the 89th minute after Wehen had taken the lead through Aleksandar Vukotic (81st). Laszlo Benes missed a penalty for the guests in the 8th minute of stoppage time.

HSV fails in Wiesbaden – KSC again without a win

After the 1-0 (1-0) win against Hansa Rostock, SpVgg Fürth remains undefeated in the fourth game in a row and has worked its way out of the bottom third of the table. An own goal from Damian Roßbach sealed Mecklenburg’s defeat. Despite an early lead at 1. FC Magdeburg, Karlsruher SC ended up with a 1-1 draw and remained winless for the fifth game in a row.
