CIA document released

The intelligence agency’s report has now been circulated via the Discord chat platform, allegedly by Jack Teixeira, a member of the Air National Guard. Officials in several countries have already confirmed that the intelligence document released on Discord accurately reflects what the European agency told the CIA.

However, the report said the Ukrainian military operation was eventually “put on hold” for reasons that are still unclear.

According to the document, the Ukrainian participants wanted to rent a boat under false identities and use it to go to the pipelines and dive to the lines to plant explosive devices. According to German investigations, the Nord Stream explosion actually took place that way. Ukraine has so far denied this.
